SES Company is our operations and maintenance division devoted entirely to the proper inspection, operation and maintenance of onsite sewage systems serving individual residential dwellings. Creating a separate division with its own staff of technicians, customer service representatives and on call specialists assures you won't get lost in the crowd. Operation and Maintenance is not just something we do on the side or have jumped into based on the new inspection requirements. Our principals started O&M in Virginia more than 12 years ago and our staff is recognized by State and Local regulatory officials as the go to authority when it comes to O&M.

Compliance Inspections and Service Contracts

New laws effective July 1, 2009 require new and old alternative septic systems to be inspected and maintained. Avoid potential fines and putting your family, your investment in your home and our environment at risk. Have your onsite system inspected regularly and maintained by SES Company's licensed and certified professionals with more than 20-years of experience in the onsite sewage system industry. SES Company has two levels of service plans to choose from and all of our plans include discounts on additional services you may need throughout the year.

Septi-Check ™

Our most popular plan because your family, the environment and property values are protected and we keep you in compliance with State Law, Local ordinances and The Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act. Septi-Check includes our detailed annual inspection and is suitable for all conventional systems and most alternative systems which require maintenance once a year. Septi-Check also includes these additional benefits.

Septi-Safe ™

Sept-Safe includes all of the same benefits of the Septi-Check plan but with additional site visits for those systems which benefit from more frequent maintenance or have additional visits required by regulations. Plans are tailored specifically to your system and permit requirements.
